Video email pricing has two elements:

We additionally offer guidance during these Pilot Programs to ensure you attain the maximum learnings from the program.
If you select to have your video too “loop” the video will continue to replay whilst the email is opened. No matter how many times the video plays in the loops when the recipient opens and views the email, you will only be charged for a single play.
Including two videos in your email will double your video play costs as both videos will play automatically at the moment the recipient opens the email.
