Which ESP’s support video email?
Video Email works with many of the major Email Providers including those serving Enterprise Customers, such as SFMC, Iterable, Braze and Emarsys as well as those servicing SMB’s such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, Brevo and Active Campaign.
Over the last 12 months we have experienced a significant increase in the interest of email service providers supporting video email.
Each of the Email Service Providers approach to support video email is relatively similar.
The process of adding the video content to the email involves pasting a snippet of HTML into the email template, usually using a HTML code block in the email builder, and then continuing to set the campaign up as normal, in preparation for sending.
The HTML snippet which is pasted into the email is created using a Video Email Platform.
Video Email Platforms are focussed on transcoding video content, so it is compatible with email and when added to email, plays automatically at the moment the email is opened.
The code generated by the video email platform is configured to ensure that the embedded video plays across any email client, on any device and on any internet connection.

What is the process to add video to email?
To start sending video email campaigns their is no need to advise your email service provider, as our Video Email Platform is designed to work with our Partner ESP’s with zero coding our plugins. The process of adding video to email simply involves copy and pasting a HTML code snippet into a HTML block within your email template.
